Cherrywood Village isokay Not worth the price theyre asking for I didnt have a terrible experience here Staff was hit or miss last lady I dealt with seemed unsympathetic At one point got up to yell at kids playing in the courtyard at the pool Can we not was used several times only to be met with someone else in the office yelling Its okay we know where they live if anything breaks Maintenance was amazing super helpful and fast Was hoping to stay another year here but the rent increase was astronomical and not worth what the complex had to offer Itd be one thing if the grounds were kept up but there were random landscaping edging separating the most interesting spots grass from rocks then mulch even grass fromgrass often time the edging would be rusted up jagged and sticking up in the air awaiting someone to fall upon it Both my dog and I fell into water covers in the lawn areas not properly placed back on Apartment was okay nothing special about it Wasnt the worst apartment Ive lived in but certainly nothing special about this place

If USPS were to deliver a package to the wrong box and a good neighbor delivered it to the front office The front office in all likelihood will call to say they have and will hold it for you but then actually leave it out on a table for the general public to pick over at the front door Then when you arrive less than two days later if the individual cannot produce it blames the resident for not picking it up sooner over and over and when questioned about the logic of residents paying rent to fund her salary as well as asked if everything on the table was up for grabs like the mail the leasing agent would likely say if you dont leave Im calling the cops Wow all because some good samaritan took wrong mail to the leasing office Excellent outstanding 1 star service that is the best right

We have lived here for 3 going on 4 years now It started out a little rocky with the management and maintenance team But the last 9 months to a year have been great Tisa in the main office is amazing and is always so helpful Sometimes she is the only person in the office which Im sure gets overwhelming but she has always done a great job The maintenance team

We have lived here for 3 going on 4 years now It started out a little rocky with the management and maintenance team But the last 9 months to a year have been great Tisa in the main office is amazing and is always so helpful Sometimes she is the only person in the office which Im sure gets overwhelming but she has always done a great job The maintenance team we currently have are awesome Work orders are fixed quickly most of the time within the same day They keep the community very clean which makes it much more pleasant to live in The apartments are located in a great neighborhood with a park right across the street The only downside is with some of the tenants they can be very rude dont always pick up their dog poop play loud music in the parking lot and we often see people smoking on their balconies instead of the designated areas which is quite annoying Like many have said the floors and walls are pretty thin so being respectful to your neighbors is super important Luckily we have had really great people on our end of the building One more thing is would add is that the apartments themselves really lack storage so if you are moving here consider renting a garage or downsizing

WISH WE HAD NEVER RENTED HERE We chose this place because it seemed safe clean and had friendly staff Come to find out this complex is a common location to have police called out to On top of that our unit smelled like cigarette smoke even though we were paying for a nonsmoking unit The complex managements answer We have no more units available sorry W

WISH WE HAD NEVER RENTED HERE We chose this place because it seemed safe clean and had friendly staff Come to find out this complex is a common location to have police called out to On top of that our unit smelled like cigarette smoke even though we were paying for a nonsmoking unit The complex managements answer We have no more units available sorry We should have moved out then We stayed for 6 months before we got fed up Multiple late night events with police involved completely removed our sense of safety Our unit developed an unnerving popping noise in the electrical outlet near the sink The complex managements answer no idea whats going on sorry Our concern that this may cause an electrical fire was completely dismissednWe moved out After moving out we had our carpets professionally cleaned and provided a receipt to management which we were told at move in this would be sufficient to avoid a carpet cleaning charge but still incurred that charge Come to find out it was done by a sister company that deemed it necessaryanyone smell scam On move out inspection we were assured verbally and in writing that our account was current and we owed nothing Fast forward 6 months later we get a bill in the mail saying that Parker Hilltop miscalculated and that we actually owed money Begrudgingly we paid not wanting to incur any collections issues and were again assured in writing that the account was current and we would not be sent to collections Fast forward 18 months from our move out date We get a notice that we have a negative event on our renters credit history Parker Hilltop is the culprit I cannot explain how infuriating this is They are on their 4th Property manager since we leftnEach one is less than helpful and would rather pass it off with the classic theres nothing we can do than actually try and help solve the issue Only when presented with written proof of their errors do they even begin to help We are still in the process of trying to get this resolved We are clean quiet non smoking renters that pride ourselves in leaving a place cleaner than we found it Thank god we wont be renting again for a long while It is NOT worth your credit history safety or time to rent from this complex GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
