I left a review for this place 2 years ago upon moving in and my feelings have not changed about the place The management team maintenance and all other staff are responsive and polite A vast majority of the people staying in the community are polite and considerate folks And lastly their prices although a bit above average for Denver are worth itnnIt may so 2022-04-20T20:18:05Z

I live here for 5 yrs already We were comfortable in the old apartment before Aztec V started to remodel the apartments Then they moved us to another one Which was ok The only issue that were having is that our vehicles are being vandalized and we also have noticed that a couple of people have 3 parking permits which is just sopposto be 2 Also the new neighb 2020-06-26T23:34:00Z

Nice apartment complex My sister lives here and the apartment and building are always clean I see the maintenance staff picking up around my sisters building and the hallways are always clean I tried to apply to live here but unfortunately made too much money to live here but the ladies in the office were very nice and answered all my questions
