I live there every since I was one year old before they knocked it down made it to these beautiful apartment They really gave my mother a hard time about moving into these new apartment Remind you my mother been a residence for 30 or more years in old apartment So she definitely deserve a new apartment They finally gave my mother her new apartment So me and my nephew and my mother was living there was peaceful until The water was leaking from the ceiling it took forever to come fix it I guess they take forever to come fix anything Theres never no parking for the residents that live there Oh yeah on top of everything they try to move me to my own little apartment and gave me the lease to sign and everything told me the apartment number that I was supposed to move in Then they turn around and change they mine told me that I made to much to have my own apartment but I can stay with my mother in her apartment which didnt make no sense to me So I decided to move out they told me I could never return like I was a criminal and also told me I should pay the rent before I moved out which was 900 Its supposed to be low income house which is a lie They going up on the rent which people really cannot pay it Its really sad that they tell lies and really not helping the people out there more ... hide ...

Ive lived in the Stonehill building for almost 9 years I highly recommend Ninth Square The location and garage parking are great The maintenance staff are really quick to assist with any issues and are all awesome The inunit washer and dryer is great I would only recommend that any potential tenant make sure their unit has not had any water leaks or a previo 2022-04-12T22:02:48Z
