Management isnt friendly Very choppy customer service When I first called I spoke to a woman who was very friendly and sooo helpful She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed to stop by the office for documents In person it is a whole other atmosphere I have been trying to pick up a residential application for a elderly individual for 3 days now The first time I got there 30 minutes before the 4pm closing time The front door said meeting in progress I waited outside the door for about 30 minutes then left The second time I got there at 345pm and the door was closed I knocked and no one answered so I left The 3rd day I got upstairs at 350pm The door was closed so I knocked on the door No one answered the door so this time I called while I was outside the door and someone with a Hispanic accent answered the phone This was a different person than who I spoke to first and woman didnt have the same welcoming demeanor as the 1st woman I spoke to I told her I spoke to someone who put aside a application and I was just picking it up She said ok were closed I looked at my watch said I thought you guys closed at 4pm its only 353pm and Im just grabbing an application that should be on the desk She said yep its here We open at 8am tomorrow Were closed I said I can hear you inside Im right outside the door can I just have the application since its not 4pm yet She said no we open at 8am tomorrow so at 356pm I left realizing those previous days I got there before closing the Hispanic woman working there just didnt feel like doing her job so she either left early or closed the door ignoring people who knock Terrible customer service more ... hide ...
