I have been living here for almost two years THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPLEASANT living condition I have ever been in I rather be in a shelter elevetors work when they want to sometimes I have to walk up to my floor or walk down because my floor button dont work my cousin just had a newborn its been cold in here for the past 2days FREEZING they stated they ca 2017-04-20T11:24:26Z
