Tsk Tsk Carabetta Thanks for giving me the worst living experience of my life Disclaimer if you are an individual who works hard and likes to come home to peace and relaxation the Carabetta company is not a good place to live Heres the reasons whynnCarabetta enters your apartment whenever they feel like it They say they give you noticesometimes they do sometimes they dont They hold multiple inspections throughout the year and have no problem entering your home while you are at worknthe walls are thin I will try to attach a photo for evidence The Carabetta uses cardboard and cheap plaster to make their walls so if your TV is not on you can have a conversation with your neighbor through your wall There is no sound proofingnnsnow removal occurs after 10am Be prepared to shovel every snow storm if you work early in the morningnnthe office staff are ghetto and poorly trained I have never experienced such lack of professionalism and customer service as I have with Carabetta Yaritza the employee in the sunset office that is responsible for evictions inspections questionscomplaints never answers calls emails her voicemail is always full she will promise you new counterscabinets and never fulfill them She has no passion or drive to help and is extremely ghetto and hard to communicate with I feel sorry for myself for having to had dealt with this level of incompetency for the duration that I didnnYou should move here if you enjoy coming home to hearing children running and yelling in the apartment next to younnCarabetta lured me in with a cute apartment full basement and free electricitynnUnfortunately I had to learn the hard way more ... hide ...

Wanna share how both elevators are down again The stairs that the elderly have to use are dark poorly lit and Disgusting as they havent been cleaned in months Property management knows the elevators are always breaking down but today is set to be a heat wave and our elderly parents are stuck absolutely unacceptable
