At one time when Joyce ran the place it was great but now its a terrible place to have children or live period Management is bad kids under 16 can not be outside even to walk to wash clothes or even grab something from the car without the manager harassing the kids If they see your child they will be harassed until you are within a foot of them There is no playground or area for them to play They can not have any type of toys When I first moved there it was a family community everyone had kids they all played together hardly ever had problems ever and if we did we solved it easily as a community Cant speak with anyone at the office they never answer calls Old manager was stealing rent money A tenants sprinkler system had a malfunction fire fighters even said so and others also were told the same but she a single mother of 3 has to pay thousands This place shouldnt even be allowed to operate Also everyone has moved because of how bad it is Thankful I dont live there anymore Save your self and move to another place more ... hide ...

Ive called their several times And got no returned call or never a response Ive giving them at least 72 hours and nothing And then when I called again I got a voice mail I have them 5 days nothing called again same thing and its been a month later still no call back I even went up their they wasnt their so what too do
