William Penn Apartment Run right pass The management is horrible and the apartments are mice infested You are paying way to much money for what you are receiving in a home Management is racist and talk down to there tenants When I first moved in I was informed that I would have amenities such as a gym Once all moved in I informed management that I needed a key for the gym then I was told that I have to pay an additional 40 Maintenance staff are not professional they are people that are either off the street with no training or who live in the complex They do 12 behind work and you are paying way to much for what you are receiving There are so many moving trucks that you see daily moving out that is why you see all the specials Keep right on pass this apartment building it is not worth the money more ... hide ...

Do not move to this complex I have been living here for almost 2 years now My packages worth of 600 each are always stolen because FedEx or delivery company leaves it at the front of the building the worst part is I called the leasing office asked for the cameras recordings and they mentioned it doesnt work for my building I filed a police report nothing The 2022-05-15T13:55:50Z

So after talking to the leasing agent who was only there 1 or 2 days a week because she managed Christiana Farms property as well She told me to QUICKLY get my money orders in so she could process my application I ran out the door to do just that Waited and waited Only to be told months later that I did not qualify due to no credit I argued the fact that I 2025-11-04T20:07:19Z
