This place is full of bullsht I went to the open house to see the two bedroom I informed the leasing manager that I was looking to move within the first week of September I was told that they had one and two bedrooms available for immediate move in I instantly fell for the two bedroom Since I bought all my paperwork that I was told I needed I was able to apply that day Days went by with no response then I had to contact her to find out that there really arent any two bedrooms available In fact there was a whole list of people that would get a two bedroom before I would but I could settle for a one bedroom My heart was shattered and I was pissed that I wasted my time and money applying Sadly I still needed a apartment as time was winding down so I sucked it up and decided to take it I was told that I was approved and I could move in on 83117 That day came and went and nobody called me and guess what Its 9117 and I still havent moved in and in fact they are still requesting more paperwork after Ive done everything they asked They are the worst and they cant stay on top of things The elevator was broken from Friday until Monday And it was all because the lazy unthoughtful ass property manager didnt call and report it before she left for the weekend Although I am pissed that I wasted my time I am thankful that it didnt work out so that I dont have to deal with this unprofessional establishment more ... hide ...

The worst place ever Ill never recommend or refer anyone to this complex to visit or rent They have parking rules that they are not publicized for guests and my vehicle was towed after only being parked there for about an hour Apparently you cant park after 6PM and there is NOT ONE SIGN in the entire parking lot that states this They said its the responsibil 2020-02-20T14:47:18Z

I lived in these apartments from 2005 to 2007 when they were owned by Ingleside and rented out to Connections and West End Neighborhood House I understand they have been renovated and there is different management but be weary When I lived there I had to take the bus to and from work and wearing my work uniforms tee shirts and jeans or polos and jeans men would drive by and proposition me and gunfire was a nightly occurrence nearby The buildings themselves had mold the areas above the windows leaked horribly not listed as one of the renovations and there were a few months where many of us had no heat because the heaters were broken Other times we had no AC from broken AC Units It was also not unusual to hear the neighbors getting it on during the day The fire alarm was a daily occurrence The Refrigerator went out in my unit resulting in me getting food poisoning as I didnt notice plus Id be mopping water up from it leaking out of the bottom of the fridge on the daily basis I understand this is low cost housing but if possible try to get into the Next Step programs with Connections instead where you can find a safer place than this There is no reason for low income individuals to live in dangerous areas that are poorly maintained There is no excuse for poorly maintaining a property if you cant maintain a rental unit for a tenant you dont need to own the property why I will not rent from MorningStar Properties nor Ingerman ever again There was also a night club across the street when I was there but I do not know if its still there PS they claim they offer a tot lot theres not enough space on the lot for any childrens playground although there is a county owned playground nearby As stated I dont know if Connections fixed the building issues they may have but the neighborhood is a pretty big issue in that area more ... hide ...

Quiet great management close to my Drs and shopping Senior Center within walking distance Have not met one resident yet that I do not like Well kept grass always cut and areas kept clean
