Apartments are really nice Facilities are sparse and really not geared for senior living Without security making tenants feel unprotected

I applied for these apartments almost a month and a half ago now usually it takes about 2 weeks to know if youve been approved or not but for some reason this took way longer I constantly reached out and every time I did there was no update after a while they stopped answering my calls I would leave messages but would never get a call back As the leasing man 2021-05-07T10:43:52Z
I applied for these apartments almost a month and a half ago now usually it takes about 2 weeks to know if youve been approved or not but for some reason this took way longer I constantly reached out and every time I did there was no update after a while they stopped answering my calls I would leave messages but would never get a call back As the leasing manager it is your duty to contact the applicant to notify them of any approvals or non approvals via text email call or usps and I received nothing At this point I feel Ive been scammed out of my application fee because there was no work done to my knowledge My whole experience has been unprofessional and the fact that I cant get my money back is what really upsets me I dont recommend overly priced and will now and have a reputation in my book as scammers more ... hide ...

The Pearl Center is a wonderful place Designed with the idea of assisting Veterans the apartments are very clean and spacious The Staff and Management are excellent and very courteous to the residents I highly recommend the Pearl Center
