I have lived here for almost four months and while not a perfect review to report I will say that management has taken and handled every concern Ive had in a timely manor with equal importance If anyone deserves a gold star it is Stephanie in the leasing office with whom I believe carries this complex on her back She is prompt and has been a pleasure to work 2019-06-06T00:00:59Z
I have lived here for almost four months and while not a perfect review to report I will say that management has taken and handled every concern Ive had in a timely manor with equal importance If anyone deserves a gold star it is Stephanie in the leasing office with whom I believe carries this complex on her back She is prompt and has been a pleasure to work with The grounds are undoubtedly under construction which can sometime feel bitter sweet but I have faith that once completed the finished product will have been worth the wait Beautiful units with classy upgrades for which the asking price is worth every penny in my opinion While not perfect Maple Walk is certainly worth a try more ... hide ...

Unwilling to work with single mother with co signer apartments arent even that nice Im sure theres much better places for the price with nicer staff

I see many bad reviews here however I have had quite the opposite experience from what others have posted Ive been living here almost a year now and yes the apartments are older and there have been things that break down and need to be replaced However Danielle the property manager is always who Ive contacted and everything gets addressed that day or within 2021-07-30T19:32:20Z
I see many bad reviews here however I have had quite the opposite experience from what others have posted Ive been living here almost a year now and yes the apartments are older and there have been things that break down and need to be replaced However Danielle the property manager is always who Ive contacted and everything gets addressed that day or within HOURS of when I notify hernnOn the weekend for an issue Ive always received a callback within a half an hour or less I think there is something to be said for management staff you can trust and rely on I think they work very hard at keeping their tenants happy The maintenace crew is also always very respectful and friendly In the winter when we had a good amount of snow they were also up at the crack of dawn clearing the sidewalks and parking lots and with a great attitude I might addnnI havent tried out the gym but the pool is beautiful Overall I feel safe living here and its a great view nestled next to the quiet woods My son and I have enjoyed living here and made it out home more ... hide ...
