Living here is depressing you cant do anything but stay in your apartment Residents have no access to amenities even before COVID Even tho dc has open up some this has to be the only apartment building in dc who hasnt open their rooftop terrace or the outside are attached to property Not to mention Ive been here for going on 8 years and I cant get my carpet

CHT would be a better place if Mr Togas the oldest security guard conduct himself more professional Apparently he thinks because he is an ex police officer he can talk to people disrespectful Hes very nasty and needs to go back home and stay Some may say hes stern but theres a difference between being stern and being nasty When signing in instead of speaking

CHT would be a better place if Mr Togas the oldest security guard conduct himself more professional Apparently he thinks because he is an ex police officer he can talk to people disrespectful Hes very nasty and needs to go back home and stay Some may say hes stern but theres a difference between being stern and being nasty When signing in instead of speaking he just stares at you Since he is the first person of conduct he needs to have a better approach when interacting with the residents and visitors He really needs to be replaced with a another employee who has a friendly and professional demeanornnThe residents at CHT are not satisfied with his behavior and how he treats their care givers and visitors when entering the building whereby they dont want to come to the building when hes on duty A letter was written regarding his removal which was unsuccessful because some residents are afraid to speak up
