Ive lived here for 3 years the first year was cool the second your all the roaches came out like they where hiding or something people pee on the elevators the management staff has changed 3 times in there years the new staff dont know what there doing they lose money orders often I just called them three times starting at 1015am today and I got know answer

Wouldnt recommend Management is not attentive Maintenance requests go ignoredunanswered for yearsnThey continued to raise rent my over time stating that it is because of the rising costs of their amenitieseven though their amenities along with the overall condition of the building grew worse over time One of the main elevators has been broken for almost two

Wouldnt recommend Management is not attentive Maintenance requests go ignoredunanswered for yearsnThey continued to raise rent my over time stating that it is because of the rising costs of their amenitieseven though their amenities along with the overall condition of the building grew worse over time One of the main elevators has been broken for almost two years and management has been claiming that it will get fixed although a DCRA inspector shut it down and tagged it as unsafe for public use DCRA EVEN placed a warning sticker on the elevator which the management company ultimately removed The service elevator in the back works hardly 210 times There is a bug problem that management is aware of but also ignores and there has been ongoing issues with the water heater

Im giving this place one star for like was told by a lady name Miss Linda she lied to and said they had to 2 bedrooms then we I get there to fill out application she told me very nasty way we dont have no more 2 bedrooms Thats something shecould have told me over the phone They are picking and choosing who they want to for apartments she just lied and I dont
