I have been living here since 2018 and have witnessed SEVERAL new management companies take over and each time it gets WORST They barely answer the phone and always close I have completed the same recertification packet SEVERAL times and nobody can explain what happened to my documents I have yet to have my light FIX in my closet due to electrical issues p

I have been living here since 2018 and have witnessed SEVERAL new management companies take over and each time it gets WORST They barely answer the phone and always close I have completed the same recertification packet SEVERAL times and nobody can explain what happened to my documents I have yet to have my light FIX in my closet due to electrical issues per maintenance I had my rent RAISED in the middle of a PANDEMIC and have yet to receive a updated LEDGER to say I dont OWE a balance but according to the rental app I do OWE a balance Now I have to get DC tags in order to stay on the property and will be issued a 30 day temp sticker and when that expire I have to PARK on the main road No visitor parking and no visitors pass 10pm My mailbox have been broke for more than 3 months and NOBODY informed me my mail was on hold at the post office Move in at your risk

When I went to pick up my application to apply the maintenance staff and leasing staff was polite and professional They asked me what I was looking for and assisted me with my next steps Ms Evette is one accurate and straightforward property manager Big kudos to the team and their professionalism

Very nice Senior Center but the carpet should definitely be cleaned on the bottom level smells as if it had been wet more than once and then dried Overall Id live there in my Senior years

The apartments look nice but have bugs everywhere In the course of a year Ive had hornets ticks spiders everything All coming from the oldest air vents in the world The buildings were made in the 70s and it seems like they never replaced anything Maintenance NEVER fixes anything From August October I had no fridge and they wouldnt replace itThe front office
