The worse apartment ever not worth it This is apart of a letter that I wrote to the corporate officennIn addition the physical damage I incurred from living at Wardman Court apartments in the worse condition that Ive ever seen in a building I lived in The carpet in the common area is litter with stains mold and mildew this is an unsanitary condition to live in I have a sensitivity to mold and it caused me respiratory problems and a very bad skin irritation When the carpet issue was brought up to the office they only changed one part of it that was damaged by a flood they had in the office from a bad floor in the laundry room this is another story that Im sure you are aware of because it took forever for this issue to be fixed Not to mention that I almost fell through the floor in the other laundry room with the damaged floor My pictures show the carpet that was not changednnMy apartment is next to the trash shut and everyday tenants leave their trash in front of the trash shut instead of putting it down there and as a result my apartment was overly contaminated with mice at one point there was a rat in the building and they are always in the courtyard of the apartmentnnFurthermore Wardman Courts apartments are unsafe I told Mr Richard White that homeless people were sleeping in the hallway and that I feared for my safety He stated that yes he knew about the homeless people and asked me what time I left in the morning and I told him at 600AM He said yeah security is gone during that time I also mention the unsanitary conditions to Mr White and all he said is that he would mention it to the office manager Ms Walden Nothing was done for over seven months so as a result I decided to move out of this disgusting apartment
