Called last night emergency maintenance due to a leak and woke up to this disaster this morning Also wont get started on how the carpet requires to be redone and all the other plumbing issues that have arisen in this unit If I could give it 0 stars I would For 1399 maker rent no Government assistance you would think they would value their tents Not sure when this will be repaired but Ill be sure to update this review to reflect repair timennUpdate I was give a repair date of Friday May 20th between 9am4pm Well no call no show and I had to call the maintenance number 3 times 405 458 510 and didnt get a call back until about 545 and was told they would look into why no one came so a whole day wasted I was given another call back 15 minutes later with an option of Saturday or Monday for repair So I gave up half my Saturday because who wants to wait an entire 7 days before having their issues fixed Well now the ceiling is repaired thankfully But Im sure Ill see the maintenance team Monday or whenever because they forgot their fan dryer thing more ... hide ...

The management here are rude and not forth coming with information They dont take your calls nor follow through with emails letters or phone calls Many units are vacant there while they consistently withdraw funds from the equity accounts of their members that have died They wont buy back the unit and urge you to find someone to rent it and pay the members 2022-07-19T23:28:25Z
The management here are rude and not forth coming with information They dont take your calls nor follow through with emails letters or phone calls Many units are vacant there while they consistently withdraw funds from the equity accounts of their members that have died They wont buy back the unit and urge you to find someone to rent it and pay the membership fee but this information wasnt given initially when she passed they waited 9 months before they agreed to talk to me and give me this information Im very frustrated and angry with the way this is being handled and Im getting legal help because my moms legacy deserves retribution She paid her membership fee lived there for 40 years and her rent every month without fail more ... hide ...
