Current Tenant here been here since 2012 Rent has increased severely the last 3 years not by 1000 or 2000 but more May of 2019 rent went up from 86400 to 93800 which that is when they re paved the parking lot I get that January of 2021 rent went from 93800 to 100400 now yesterday June 1st another letter stating increase AGAIN on rent starting July 1st 100400
