Anything owned or managed by Ped Cor is rubbish You cant even find a number that links to anyone with the company online and if you do and you call and leave a message they wont call back Ped Cor owns Arron Lakes off of Cortez Road as well and after Ped Cor bought that place it went to the crapper and two of the buildings burnt down because of lack of upk 2021-11-19T15:12:27Z

I think the good rating in here are fake or paid Would give negative stars if I could My apartment is literally infested with bugs And am writing this review solely to warn people to stay away I wish I could have picked anywhere other then here to live My one year cannot even play on the floors They are so dirty they turn his feet black Roaches oh the roaches are everywhere Ive sadly become used to seeing them Theyve even infested my items in my home from electronics and my sons pack and play I could go on but I think thats more then enough Even though corporate had been involved it is not resolvednnI want to be very clear Ive lived in weekly rentals Ive lived in efficiencies and ALL of those were better maintained and never have I seen a pest issue like the one in my apartment Im prolly putting a target on back by still living here and posting this but the truth is the truth and I wanted to warn others about this Im literally scared to move into a new place as I feel everything I have has been infested by this apartment Photos belownnI feel truly bad for anyone moving into this place as others stated nothing gets resolved Nothing is safe about my apartment And nothing would have gotten done if I hadnt went to the corporate people However still my apartment is a disgusting mess Due to how hard it is to find a place I still havent moved out but I am writing this review to avoid others getting trapped here Only thing is that maintenance works hard to upkeep this mess Every Monday they clean up the trash from the illegal dumping that the Management lacks the ability to prevent from happeningnnPhotos attached 1 constant bug Remnants in feces on my daughters window 2 roaches on walls by sons play mat area 3 roaches coming out of wall socket in kitchen 4 roach on bed in my room 5 the trash 6 dead roaches by daughters dolls 7 sons feet after walking on floors for about 15 min 7 roach infesting daughters switch gaming system which was purchased NEW in December more ... hide ...

I renewed my lease for my second year in this modern and well maintained new building I am very happy here Management is fabulous
