I had to think about how to reply The 4 stars is only for how well maintained the grounds are At the time I lived there the grounds were beautiful I rarely had any issues I did however have a problem with my 2 roommates The office staff did not remain neutral through the whole ordealnnI wasnt treated very nicely by the staff because of the way my 2 roommates at the time bad mouthed me Had the staff actually talked to me they would know that I wasnt even home most days My 2 roommates quit their jobs the moment the lease was signed and I had to work 4 jobs to pay the rent and all the billsnnThe staff shouldnt have even involved themselves They did though My life was Hell because of my 2 roommates and some of the staff I lost a lot during that time There is nothing anyone could say or do to make up for how I was treated by staff property manager the two ladies who worked in the office at the time etc I was so humiliated and degraded I hope no one else goes through that more ... hide ...

Well where do I startlast year in May my AC went down Maintenance tried to fix it but didnt work correctly Needed new parts took forever to get them Did not work Put in a window unit tape all over window When unit was taken out in Oct tape residue was left They never cleaned it up to this day Hand prints all over wall and AC unit cover

I need to amend my previous positive review I have lived here now 13 months The majority of time Ive lived here there has been constant construction They have entered my apartment on so many occasions I have a lost count They covered all the windows with black tarp for anywhere between six and eight weeks so there was no outside light coming in I cant describe fully the amount of inconvenience noise and annoyance that has been going on month after month after month On top of that during the pandemic my rent was raised twice this year When you call the front office 95 of the time no one answers the phone The only saving grace is that Lizette in the front office has been responsive to my email inquiries although she does not manage the construction crew Here are a couple more examples 1 a new dishwasher was installed and it took 2 months to connect it to the plumbing 2 recently I was told to be available between 800 am 500 pm so that they could replace the bathroom sink cabinet and mirror I waited all day only to find that they installed just the mirror Anyone who has a pet has to lock their pet in one of the other rooms while the construction workers would periodically come in and out throughout the day On top of all this chaos the fire alarm has gone off so frequently and for such lengthy periods of time I have once again lost track Just last week we received a notification that the Fire Marshall has shut down the construction They did you not specify why the Fire Marshall has suspended construction So if youre considering moving into Lexington Club I suggest you at least wait until the construction is completed and until their next rent increase so you can determine whether it fits your budget more ... hide ...
