This new management company is horrible The new company came in without letting anyone know and changed up all the rules for the worse Our beautiful little community has turned into ghetto leasing The staff snaps the maintenance men always have a chip on their shoulders There are less than 24 hr inspection notices and their have been alot The management team 2022-06-03T14:05:15Z
This new management company is horrible The new company came in without letting anyone know and changed up all the rules for the worse Our beautiful little community has turned into ghetto leasing The staff snaps the maintenance men always have a chip on their shoulders There are less than 24 hr inspection notices and their have been alot The management team are never in office or respond to emails The vibe they give off is industrial no personal connection or professionalism at all It shows because alot of lessee are leaving I will be one and would never recommend this company to anyonenUPDATE Even worse than before This place has nosed dived into the pits Old tenants that have been here for yrs are looking for new places to rent and are leaving Tenants in my circle feel like they can park where they want to Sometimes I cant get in Dogs roaming around without leashes property being destroyed childrenteenagers constantly walking through my yard Administrative team is not responsive even when contacting every way possible A team member promised me that I would love the way I live hereum no I dont Stay far away from this place It may look nice but its becoming a nightmare more ... hide ...

Dont recommend living here The lady running the place is rude Ive had a water leak under my carpet for a week now and its not been taken care of Theyre treating it as a nonemergency when it very well is because of mold and its only gotten worse Me and my fianc have been nothing but disrespected while here
