This place is an absolute joke The price for rent is insane and the quality of the apartments are not worth the price whatsoever The tennis court and basketball court is completely destroyed and unusable and even the bigger dog park was just all dirt and not taken care of at all Our toilet produced mold after a couple flushes but after move out the apartment complex accused us of not cleaning anything and charged us an absurd amount which by the look of the other reviews on here seems to be a reoccurring thing Even as residents we could never get ahold of the office either calling or emailing Do NOT stay here for the price of even a one bedroom you could be living in a 400000 house The carpet was cheap and the walls were just constantly painted over with a bland color also the balcony floor was painted and just chipped after a couple months We also had our bedroom window painted over but after we finally pried it open it was broken and maintenance never came to replace the part they supposably ordered for us Listen to the other low star reviews on here because most likely theyre the most truthful Disappointed more ... hide ...
