If I could rate 0 stars I would When my mother moved in this place you can see they spray painted the ceilings white for any spot they didnt feel like cleaning Place is FILLED UP with mold Let the maintenance AND the people in the office know theres mold growing up in the ceiling and they claim theyll fix the problem but NEVER do NOTHING about it UNLESS you 2018-05-18T21:16:00Z
If I could rate 0 stars I would When my mother moved in this place you can see they spray painted the ceilings white for any spot they didnt feel like cleaning Place is FILLED UP with mold Let the maintenance AND the people in the office know theres mold growing up in the ceiling and they claim theyll fix the problem but NEVER do NOTHING about it UNLESS you bug them And when you do they just look around the house claiming its because of this or that and that its not mold or spray bleach around the house itll go away not knowing theres kids in the house But yet when you move out the place you are responsible for any molds that appears in the apartment which is the most stupidest thing I EVER heard Maintenance guys are SO lazy dont want to do their job Roach infested Absolutely HATE this place Wouldnt recommended this spot to nobody more ... hide ...

So much change with landlords and with every change things get worse Young teenagers tampering with your cars houses mysteriously being broken into no parking spaces so youre forced to park far from your door people with pets let their pet dogs poop in front of others doorways not paying attention to where the dog is going and every weekend teenagers are hanging out on the back side of the office shooting loud running all over the place in large groups I dont know maybe Im expecting too much from a place that was never like this but as I stated it gets worse everytime there is new management This landlord is no better They talk change and does nothing Not too long ago my best friend Chris Dukes passed away and the night before his funeral which September 1st was the funeral his family said the young Hispanic guys from across the way were so disrespectful in the parking lot drinking smoking marijuana loud talking up until 2am and putting their drinks on the residents cars Which is why I am agreeing to the previous comment they have no respect for the mourning the living and their elders Glad Im not back there because there would be problems if such disrespect went on in front of me Redland arms needs a change And to start by getting the bad seeds out and have police patrolling the area and mainly weekends and when the office closes during weekdays Its not what it looks to be more ... hide ...

I have lived here for over a year I am pleased with most I have interacted with Anytime I have had a maintenance issue they have taken care of things in a timely manner Everyone in the office I have interacted with has been kind and courteous and listened to any questions or concerns I have had We are not a very social family when it comes to interacting wit 2019-10-18T12:57:52Z

I dont see how this is a low income based complex When I moved here in 2017 the rent was 924 it slowly increased Now its currently under new management before they arrived my rent was at 1055 they came mid or late 2018 now its August 2019 and my rent is 1202 for three bedrooms two bathrooms We also started to pay water and sewer bill Not to mention the cour 2019-08-02T05:22:16Z
I dont see how this is a low income based complex When I moved here in 2017 the rent was 924 it slowly increased Now its currently under new management before they arrived my rent was at 1055 they came mid or late 2018 now its August 2019 and my rent is 1202 for three bedrooms two bathrooms We also started to pay water and sewer bill Not to mention the courtyards are not gated however in the rent it states that we have access to two gate keys This is idealism because in reality this is not so Now the new management is renovating the complex I was told by my neighbour that after the renovation the rent will be increased immensely Also the team that they have renovating the complex is all Hispanics and the maintenance is predominantly Hispanic meaning only one Black male We are cultured to accept diversity however the feelings arent mutual Finally management entered my apartment unannounced This is very disrespectful more ... hide ...
