Terrible customer service Wow I found their listing another site never heard of this place nor have I seen any pictures until just now I called for vacancies and the lady the lady who recorded the company voicemail the same voice I was speakingasked me what I was looking for and then told me Sorry I need to deal with something else Then disconnected the phone on me I called back at least three times to finish my conversation and I was deliberately being sent to voicemail I cant understand why a leading agent would abruptly disconnect a call I have never been so greatly disrespected befor If anyone is considering this place for your next home I would suggest finding another place Why rent from a property that allows their employees to treat their customers and potential customers with such disrespect an disregard Sad thing is this lady does not know the community of people in Broward Dade and Palm Beach that Im connected to I will surely let people I network with know what this company is aboutnnTerrible servicenNo quality employeesnNo will to right their wrongs more ... hide ...

The women that work in the leasing office are rude and display behavior like a woman in her 20s I know personally that the staff take money and write up all types of infractions to obtain money from tenants They literally pry into your personal life They leasing office is the leading cause to a lot of drama that takes place in those apartments

I gave 3 stars because I used to have some issues I didnt discuss they are minor I could have put 4 or 5 stars because we are not annoying as tenants This month I have a big issue with the office and I asked to talk to Ana as a manager they said she wasnt there and my son passed by and saw her at the office I lived there for over 7 years actually Its been a 2022-03-18T17:26:52Z

Why am I NOT surprised about these reviews LOLnnTo whom it may concernnnI had gotten some information that there was availability at this apartment complex Ive called left 2 voicemails no one called me back I came by over the weekend you all were closed then I came again today the office was closed for lunch I came back again 1 hour later just to be rudely approached by a woman at the front desk I didnt catch her name however an older woman dreadlocks glasses is her exact description She didnt even SAY HELLO I had to say hello I explained I got some information before I could even finish my STATEMENT she was cutting me off proceed to speak over me Her attitude is completely DISGUSTING This is a small complex which small business should equal GREATERnCUSTOMER SERVICE She doesnt represent the complex nor the business well AT ALL She shouldnt be sitting in that front desk with that type of attitude or nasty demeanor I will be writing this review online as well to make sure the management corporate along with the owner sees this review message And just to be clear not only was this woman rude kept cutting me off she then continued to tell me that there we ONLY 124 units whenever a resident puts a 30 day notice is when there will be availability We dont have models to show Were her exact words I didnt even get the opportunity to ask any other questions again just disgusted highly disappointed in the experiencennSigned Upset Potential ResidentnnSent from my iPhone more ... hide ...
