Visited my sister who lives here and I parked in a guest parking spot and got booted after only an hour The booting company says the HOA makes all residents aware that guests must be registered online but this simply isnt true and there is absolutely no signage warning visitors they could end up paying 90 for being in a GUEST spot for 1 hour It is just cruel 2020-12-20T18:34:12Z

Ive lived here at Chelsea Commons for three years and have seen this property transform since Jasmin and Sofia taken over They have made sure the grounds of the property is well kept removed junk cars replaced compactor and fixed the front gate They also make sure that work orders are completed within 24 hours They power wash the breezeways and sidewalks at 2022-05-23T23:27:27Z
