I love it here I been living at Golfside for over 15 years and I have to say the management there has always been great Any problems I ever had was handled at hand no waiting Im so proud to live in such a nice and safe complex

This is the absolute worst place to live The staff that is lead by an incompetent liar is in total disarray The leasing manager Jacquelyn Beguiristain has no tact when dealing with tenants Shes always bothering everyone about parking when there is no real parking policy in place She lies about everything and is very argumentative No one feels comfortable talking to her about issues because she is never inviting Everything is a lie and that lie is only covered up by another lie There are so many violations and she does nothing There are tenants who are subletting units to family members and friends all over the community I also have a neighbor next to me with a dog when pets are not allowed that barks all times of day and night Ive complained to her about all of this and much more and she has never done anything about it Her favorite line is were working on it These are just a few of the violations and the sad thing is she sees violations right in front of her and does nothing She doesnt just need to be replaced She needs to never be left in charge of a community ever again She is not qualified to lead anyone and has no idea of how to deal with people in a community setting Ive lived here for a long time and she is the worst person thats worked here and needs to be replaced Maybe the community will go in a positive direction more ... hide ...
