They failed to mention that when you move out you are in charge of painting again replacing the carpet and replacing all of the light bulbs and leaving the apartment exactly how you got it as if you never lived there Also you arent allowed to use the pool on weekends and on week days its only open from 95 and management fails to do their job the manager itse

They failed to mention that when you move out you are in charge of painting again replacing the carpet and replacing all of the light bulbs and leaving the apartment exactly how you got it as if you never lived there Also you arent allowed to use the pool on weekends and on week days its only open from 95 and management fails to do their job the manager itself is never at work on time shes supposed to be in the office at 9 and decides to come in at 1030 or later instead The apartments have mold and they dont do anything to resolve the issue

Excellent apartment community to live in and a great combination of quality and affordability I was a resident for 8 years until I had to move to a different citynThe staff is excellent both managers and maintenance staff Property Manager Yari and Assistant manager Ana are both professional and helpful The maintenance staff is also professional and responsive to maintenance requestsnThe reason for three star is what I mentioned above and the reason for not giving the five star review is what will be mentioned belownThe Landlord Ehlinger Apartments LTD has a Home Ownership Incentive program in which if you are residing continually for at least 2 full years and you provide proof of home purchase with other requirements you would receive the incentivenOne of the requirement is to close on the home within 90 days of moving out I purchased a new construction home but when I signed the purchase agreement and gave the deposit the completion of the home was within the 90 day period But due to circumstances beyond anyone control and due to shortages in the market the home was not completed in time and I was not able to close on the home within that periodnI explained my point to the property management SPM Inc that was handling the incentive program but they denied my incentive for home ownershipnI think SPM Property Management was unreasonable and unfair to both the spirit of the home ownership incentive program by the landlord and to the tenant who resided in the community for 8 years

It has been a great 9 years at Crystal Lake Apartments Building 7 Every staff member has always been very cordial friendly and professional with me and my boys The maintenance crew always responded quickly if I had any minor issues and my apartment never had bugs due to them keeping a constant schedule of pest control The rent is very reasonable its gated
