The place is decent Its the parking thats an issue for many There are very few As a visitor there is never anywhere to park I have found myself dreading visiting my loved one I would like to visit more but no parking Consider that before moving there or moving your loved one in this place

This is the worst place I have ever livednDespite the condition of the apartment the bug issue was horrible but not as bad a management and the maintenance manoffice managernnThe apartment was so filthy that it took two weeks of constant cleaning to get it clean There were cracks in the foundation and I found multiple types of roaches spiders ants and little black bugs that I later came to identify as bed bugs Of course I was blamed and Vince even had the NERVE to yell at me over the issue and accuse me of lying He then claimed that the apartment was clean and spotless when I moved in so it wasnt us Which could have not been further from the truth but they have a section in the lease dedicated to bed bugsnnWhen they sprayed my apartment I the fumes were so strong that I had to leave and sleep elsewhere When I brought up the issue with the ants and spiders Vince would make fun of me and tell me to give them a kissnnWhen my AC stopped working it took about two months to get it fixed correctly The deal breaker was in early December when I was assaulted by Vince The day before he was supposed to fix my water heater that stopped working weeks before He texted me one night around 8 and told me that he used my towels and he moved my stuff At one point he told me that he didnt do the job that I wanted him to do When I came home I noticed that my apartment was in worse shape than when I left itnThe following morning when I went to the office to talk to Vince he began to yell and curse me out When I yelled back he got angrier and proceeded to push me with an open palm on my right shoulder He pushed me so hard that I stumbled back a few steps He then proceeded to call me a liar and say I know you dont get home at midnight I felt like that was an odd statement for him to makennWhen I contacted Albert again by phone and text and he told me that there was nothing to be done so I called the local police and filed a report Albert told me that I could repeat my version of events as much as I wanted but Vinces story had not changed so he was inclined to believe him and he wouldnt fire Vince He had a very blas attitude about the whole situation I didnt feel comfortable living where it was OK to physically assault a resident I began to video tape myself walking towards the office to dump my trash check my mail or even pay my rent in case theres another confrontation This is not what I think of when I think of home This is not how I should feelnnAlbert Gonzalez and the company he works for has no regards for the safety and the happiness of their tenants more ... hide ...
