Wish I could give 0 stars as the management is absolutely horrible They have hidden fees when it comes to new applicants They blame every mistake on previous workers and not for their own mistakes The application process took over two months for them to verify my income When it came to choosing the apartment they were completely unorganized and told me nothing was available for 6 months and the next day called me telling me I had to move in next week or they wouldnt hold the unit for me They changed the rent price 3 times and changed the move in date 3 times This place has caused nothing but stress As for making payments you have to mail out a cashiers check on the 26th and hope that it gets to corporate by the 1st of the month or theyll charge you 55 late fees The people in the office barely have any idea what goes on when it comes to your documents I wish I never signed the lease here because this place is absolutely as money trafficking SCAM Do NOT live here Ive also heard the maintenance guys ask to tow cars without giving the residents a heads up Tow the hell out of it is what Ive heard them say to the towing company I could really go on for hours about how unprofessional and terrible this place is but I think you get the point Please for the love of god do not waste your time here more ... hide ...
