This apartment complex truly deserves no stars I have never written a review before but this apartment complex deserves it First and foremost the management there is HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST Before you sign a lease they will tell you all of these good deals and great things about the apartment they will even give you a free bottle of watersoda However the tables turn once you sign the lease They charge you for things like a ReDecoration Fee which isnt even stated on the lease Jeffery Huff is the leasing manager and he will not help you but give you a run around He will then threaten to evict a resident for a charge that was never discussed nor written on the lease Also the carpet was literally invested with ants and roaches I have huge lumps on my skin to prove it Frances Figuerora one of the leasing agents is also dishonest Stay away from Illegal Pointe Apartments more ... hide ...
