This community used to be great however if you would like to feel like you are a prisoner whose walking on eggshells in your own home and become stressed due to new rules implemented all the time then this is the place for you A few months ago we were informed that we could no longer have plants after everyone in the community was given a letter about receiving an award for having the best lawn patio furniture despite the lease stating that approved patio furniture is allowed and limited parking We recently received new management where they have now implemented a new rule expect to have new rules and policies frequently and whenever they please despite old management allowing it stating that cars will be towed if we park on the opposite side of our homes which is causing no emergency hazards due to VERY limited parking Are we no longer allowed to have guest in our homes without the risk and fear of having their cars towed All 5 star reviews are from the previous manager Cortney sending out a letter rewarding us for 5 star reviews There are no community meetings to discuss concerns as its their way or no way We all work too hard to be worried about parking and the risk of having our vehicles towed fear of being penalized for the plants that bring us tenants joy and patio furniture to watch our children or simply enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of our own homes Welcome to the Prison called Pine Run Villas more ... hide ...
