1 Loud crazy and outright cheating property manager The lease says late fees dont apply unless you dont pay rent by the 5th of the month She starts charging the 2nd or 3rd of the monthnn2 The trash rooms are frequently a disaster all weekend long Property manager doesnt want renter help to ensure the room is neat and gets very hostile if you call Waste manag

1 Loud crazy and outright cheating property manager The lease says late fees dont apply unless you dont pay rent by the 5th of the month She starts charging the 2nd or 3rd of the monthnn2 The trash rooms are frequently a disaster all weekend long Property manager doesnt want renter help to ensure the room is neat and gets very hostile if you call Waste management when recycles arent picked up Which happened at least 10 times in my four years living therenn3 Office phones are almost never answered Voice mail is always fullnn4 Property manager will let herself into the apartment without knocking first If someone is home she instantly says your door is dirty She did this to me and I witnessed the property manager do this at my next door neighbors apartmentnn5 Property manager doesnt give proper nonrenewal notices aka less than the 60 days requirednn6 Maintenance requests can take forever Electrical outlets were out in the kitchen for 3 days and it took 3 requests from me before they were repaired This occurred from Jan 21 to Jan 24 2019nn7 Cockroaches Enough saidnn8 Rusting sinksnnI could write more but I think the message above is clear Avoid this placennEviennYou full well know who I am I and my wife were residents there from April 2015 to March 2019 Building 2 First floor Unit 8 or otherwise known as 2108nnYour leases say the 5th of the month monthly bulletins put out by Marina bay say 2nd 3rd of the month I still have the back copiesnnInspections Walking into a tenants apartment unannounced with your pass key is a violation of the lease Thats what you did in the summer of 2015nnGarbage Because you lock one of the two doors to the garbage room the garbage situation on some Monday mornings either had it falling out if you opened the door and or it being knee deepnnElectrical problems I still have the Marina Bay and lawyer emails to back it upnnNow reply to this

Ok place to live but management is unprofessional They never answer the phone and when they finally do they give you the runaround Ive moved out at the end of my lease and left the place cleaner than they gave it to me so why is it going on 5 months I have yet to get my deposit back Ive called even gone to the office and new management claim they will fix it
