I transferred from Tampa to Pinellas and I have been calling and leaving emails to find out if my information was received I got one response back stating they will look into it That was a week ago I have no family or friends around and Im exhausting all funds living in a hotel with my two children This happened to me once before I always tell Section 8 thre 2022-07-18T16:35:57Z
I transferred from Tampa to Pinellas and I have been calling and leaving emails to find out if my information was received I got one response back stating they will look into it That was a week ago I have no family or friends around and Im exhausting all funds living in a hotel with my two children This happened to me once before I always tell Section 8 three months ahead about wanting to transfer or move and they wait until the last month of your lease to transfer you and then it leaves people stuck in gaps of having no place to live while they process All information is sent in one email I dont understand why it takes so long to over look it and call out for an appointment for someone to receive the same voucher in the same state under a different location I was told they have up to 14 days its been 20 Its bad enough having low income and needing Section 8 and then having to complain or grovel more ... hide ...

This apartment complex is a hidden GEM My aunt lived here for ten years until she just recently passed away I thought the best way to THANK the management and the Presbyterian Housing organization themselves was to write a review This may be long but when people are looking for a place to live they dont mind taking the time I can guarantee you that you will not find a better DEAL on housing especially if you are lower income andor on disability than this complex in the TampaSt PeteLargoClearwater area A walkway along the LAKE with picnic areaa saltwater heated pool and game room overlooking the laketwo story units which are COMPLETELY NEW AND CLEAN when you move inno wonder there is a 3 yr waiting list now But sometimes you may get fortunate and they can get you in sooner Basic Cable and periodic bug control comes with the rent and the maintenance staff is there if anything should go wrong in your apartment It is SAFE they dont put up with any nonsense from tenants so things are kept under controland they dont just allow any lowlife person to move inthey check everyone out I MUST COMPLIMENT PRESBYTERIAN HOUSINGWHO OPERATES SEVERAL RENTAL BUILDINGS WITHIN FLORIDA AND SOME OTHER STATESIT SURE WOULD BE BENEFICIAL IF EVERY CHURCH PROVIDED PLACES LIKE THIS The homeless crisis would be much lessened Im sure I think the bus comes through there also and youre only a mile to Publix and the Largo Mall Laundry buildings for residents are on site also THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY AUNTS LAST YEARS SO AFFORDABLE AND COMFORTABLE LES and Presbyterian Housing You were a GIFT FROM GOD Candice A more ... hide ...

We lived here from when they were built in 2015 to 2018 There are a few little things that I didnt like about the complex but the positives outway them It is a very small complex and that made me feel more safe living there with my kids and knowing your surroundings The rent was great and even though it went up a little it worked with my income and I had a v 2018-08-21T17:36:15Z

I have been living here going on 2 years and have had a great allaround experience I definitely plan on staying Bonnie and Judy are wonderful and caring as is maintenance and all of my neighbors I truly couldnt ask to be a part of a better more affordable community of downtoearth folk As far as applying for an apartment theres no waiting list so you have to 2020-06-03T19:49:27Z
