MY BUILDING IS BETTER THAN YOURS I absolutely LOVE my apartment community Our family oriented building is occupied by the most amazingly diverse group of honest caring and hardworking people The young opens doors for the old the healthy show compassion for the sick misdelivered packages show up on the correct doorstep and WE ALL work in unison to police our own building in order to keep it clean and safennIm always in aw of the random acts of kindness that I witness and experience throughout our community Just today I found myself in an unexpected predicament and of all people CARLOS our property manager came to my rescue When I stumbled up on Carlos by chance the office was closed the lights were off the door was locked and he was on his way home after a hard days work It was well after 6pm Carlos spent the next 20 minutes physically helping me resolve my issue while off the clock It wasnt his responsibility AND it was extremely physical and exhausting He could have easily told me no but he didnt Afterwards with cash in hand I offered to pay him but he said NO He walked over to me and gave me a big hug and said it was his pleasure to help me I was overwhelmed with tears of joynnThis has been my life for the past 4 years I love coming home to this place If you moved here youd quickly see why I said MY BUILDING IS BETTER THAN YOURS Its home more ... hide ...

This building is not for anyone to live in 5185 Lived there for two years and had my car broken into twice and fog lights stolen When brought to their attention they basically tell tenants thats not their problem My car was illegally towed by the building and they towed 10 other cars that day I had to speak to the Regional manager to get my money back and th 2021-05-11T18:04:04Z

Great location on Ocean Drive room was really nice and spacious My only complaint was dont count on actually getting any sleep the music and the noise outside is so loud until 4AM its nearly impossible to sleep For some this might be a plus

I went to the leasing office to get information for my sister the girls in the office were so pleasant I went to two other properties and it was not a good experience for me Thank you Walden Pond staff for your level of professionalism and making me want to chose your property for my next home
