I live here lol Been here for about 8ish years For the most part is calm and its a gated community but it does have some occurances from time to time but its normal

Management sucks If youre not Dominican theyll overlook your application Parking rules are unfair The maintenance guy Lazarito kisses ass so that he wont get fired after being discovered snorting cocaine He will overlook any major maintenance problems such as AC failure just so that he wont have to do the hard labor and save the company money They dont updat

Management sucks If youre not Dominican theyll overlook your application Parking rules are unfair The maintenance guy Lazarito kisses ass so that he wont get fired after being discovered snorting cocaine He will overlook any major maintenance problems such as AC failure just so that he wont have to do the hard labor and save the company money They dont update their appliances regardless if your stove is malfunctioning Theyll probably blame you and look at you crazy The lady named YazminDominican that works in the front lives on the property and has her boyfriend living with her as well Which is PROHIBITED on the lease In other words nobody should be living at your apartment if theyre not on the contract EXCEPT her She can have her boyfriend living with her She gives an automatic access code to those individuals that get along with her so that they wont have any issues coming in through the gate without having to use their access key The traffic that accumulates at the gate due to the parents picking up their children from the daycarepreschool located next to the office always gives the residence a hard time when theyre trying to enter the property The one way in and out entranceexit is a major SAFETY ISSUE that they dont care about since they permanently locked every other entranceexit The apartments are infested with roaches termite and creepy crawlers that come out from the ground Those living on the first floor will experience those insects the most They take two hour lunch breaks when in reality theyre only supposed to take an hour Maria is like an aggressive bulldog she is not approachable and is extremely aggressive These individuals have built an unacceptable culture in this community They dont know what ethics means and definitely dont care to practice diversity at this specific location I was a resident at this location and moving out was the best decision I made

Frustrated with Sunset Pointe 1160 NW 79TH STREET MIAMI FL 33150nnFor one month I and others have been without cable internet and phone services I was told that the only cable company I could have was comcast When I attempted to schedule setup with comcast I was told the address did not exist and that they do not service my areannUnfortunately I have not been able to have access to cable internet access I am disappointed because I have had to purchase a wifi hotspot and hotspot passes In a month Ive already gone through three passes totaling 165 I did not expect this expense as no one was transparent with mennTo resolve the problem I would appreciate your someone telling the truth about why our addresses doesnt exist with comcast or registered with any florida business listings This is DEEPLY concerning Moreover people Ive spoken with mentioned they never received a lease We are all living in units without a lease which is even more concerning above all elsennIn addition I was nearly bitten by a small white dog being walked by a HispanicLatin woman and I can smell my neighbors weed coming through my bathroom vent I thought dogs were not allowed I thought this was a nonsmoking community I feel constantly lied to I look forward to a community reply and a resolution to our problems and will wait until Friday before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business BureaunnPlease provide transparent and honest updates to residents
