Many of the reviews are old and mention Margarita She does not work there anymore That being said while Wild Pines may have been a nice place to live the current management team is terrible I moved in and had roaches in my fridge before even moving anything into the apartment When I told the front office I received a shocked Pikachu face and was told how the unit was just remodeled and the fridge is new and they are surprised by the roach I made the mistake of moving across the country without actually looking at the place I trusted the pictures and reviews online instead of finding out what the place is really like Wild Pines has taught me to never make that mistake againnnLet me be clear the roach situation is so bad at Wild Pines of Naples that they have an exterminator come out weekly to address it Problem is that when they come in and spray one unit the roaches move into the unit next door They arent addressing the issue that the roaches have infested the building as a whole and not in one designated apartment This whackamole approach to the roaches is meant to give the appearance of addressing the issue without actually having to do sonnThat being said I was BITTEN by ROACHES every single day I lived there I would find at least 1 roach crawling on my desk every day Several in the bathroom say hi to them in the shower or while using the toilet and at night you could literally feel the roaches crawling across your skin and biting you Im not a dirty person in any shape or form I never left food out or things untidy The roaches will get you no matter who you arennI also had a leak in my closet that I noticed the day after moving in I told the office they came and said they fixed the issue and then painted over the stain The leak kept happening over and over and eventually got all over my clothes How they fix stuff is patch work Not actually addressing the issue Do they come out when you call Yes Do they ever fix the underlying issue NonnTHEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU You are another form of income for these people I asked to be reimbursed for my dry cleaning and doctors bill for the unsanitary conditions they supposedly didnt know about They flat out refused with no reason as to why After about 2 months I had to break my lease and leave This place was taking a toll on my health both physically and mentally Ive never felt so dirty in my life I would wake up throughout the night to roaches biting me This place is DISGUSTINGnnWhen I asked to break my lease is when I was finally offered a different unit that Nobody in that building has complained of roaches so there shouldnt be any there Also its one story so there shouldnt be any leaks in the ceiling Why they thought I would believe a word they said after having so much time to do the right thing I dont knownnWhat I do know is for your mental and physical health dont live here It is not worth a penny that you would save you actually wont save any money and will most likely end up paying more than a nice place Ive attached a few pictures with the hopes of nobody ever has to deal with the nonsense I ever did Dont let the pictures online fool you All they did was put new cabinets and appliances in You can paint a trash can to make it look new but at the end of the day its still a trash can more ... hide ...

If you care about your loved ones or your life in general do NOT live here Its filled with drug dealers and dangerous ignorant people The front office is inefficient they leave and take breaks at their own convenience The engineeringmaintenance staff has a large list of things they need to get done and youll be lucky to see it fixed within the same week never expect something fixed within the same day There is no emergency line as well you have to suffer the entire weekend with your problem then contact them whenever they open the next week and like I said they will NOT fix anything the same day you call The ceilings are paper thin youll know every step and the schedule of the neighbors above you and dont bother asking them to be quiet because a majority of the people in the community dont care about anything but themselves The front gate is never closed and a lot of ignorant people who clearly dont know how to drive literally hit the front gate box and break it at least once a month leaving the gate inoperable and allowing everybody and anybody in and out of the community There are thousands of children that play in the road and it makes drivingeven BACKING UP your car a nuisance There is NO assigned parking for the residents but for some reason they find it okay to make assigned parking for your guests as far away from every building as possible The fact they ask for almost 1000 dollars a month for a two bedroom in a place like this is ridiculous The management company should be embarrassed more ... hide ...

I just finished up my lease here and I am so so sad that I cant renew I just LOVED living there the pool and gym are unbelievably beautiful and the rest of the amenities are seriously top notch but its the staff that has made my stay here so incredibly noteworthy Jessica M has been an absolute angel to work with I cant ever thank her enough for everything 2021-06-10T13:20:07Z
