After paying admin and application fees the apt that was listed as available is now not available cause the current tenant decided to retract there notice How very inconsiderate after I put so much work in between jobs and placement They did offer a refund but would not hold an apartment that was available now until march to make up for their mistake if I havent already moved in Im glad Im not going to corporate was a joke the number sent me to an accountant who was completely lost And after talking to the wrong regional manager there was no phone number available for Tammy who is apparently calling the shots Their best resolution is to upsell me on a bigger apartment and not waive the price difference Do better by ur customers it was a clear fault on their part no responsibility I was also informed that they had gotten new management within the past couple of years the apartments might be nice but you can not trust what the leasing office is saying They are nice but short staffed it seems to be the least of their concerns I have a feeling they will continue to get bad ratings Good luck Always open for them to make amends but I doubt they will even notice Spend ur money elsewhere people more ... hide ...
