This is how i left the apartment nice n clean I had to terminate my lease due to roach infestation knowing I am allergic to roaches ROACHES WAS EVEN CLAWING IN THE BED Called several times abt it n nothing was done so I decided to terminate my lease SPOKE WITH LORI N SHE KEPT SAYING SHE THINKS THE ROACHES WERE COMING FROM MY NEXT DOOR Neighbor since my apartment was always clean This is a unhealthy and unsafe environment They literally do their inspection after the tenant is gone so they can mess up the walls n carpet themselves n then charge tenant for cleaning n damages My contract stated i only pay for the days the apartment is unoccupiedempty n a tenant occupied my apartment 2 weeks after n the manager charged 2624 which is 2 months rent She charged me 725 for stains on the carpet they are going to rip up n put wooden floor once u move they will put wooden floors I will take responsibility for the gate and pool keys because I honestly did not return them PLEASE BE CAREFUL OVER THIS APARTMENT

Please be aware of this property when you apply for an apartment They have shady practices When you go in they dont tell you that theyll be conducting an hard credit check Instead they use the terminology rental application and no where does the application say that this will result in a HARD CREDIT INQUIRY pull You wont find out until a month later when your credit score drops 5045 points that these people did a hard pull This is unethical and shady practices In addition to that they deny you for everything under the sun that has absolutely nothing to do with with rental payment history or evictions They are in the business of making money on your application fee That is it My reason for denial was 287 charge off and again what does that have to do with my potential has tenant Because my rental payment history is stellar to say the least and prior to the hard credit inquiry I was in the process of building my credit score My credit score was a 680 Now Im in the mid 600s because of these people not making it clear to me that theyll be conducting a hard credit pull DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE CREDIT CHALLENGED Youll be wasting your time hurt your credit score and waste your money
