Having been a tenant for almost half a decade and moving to so many homes that I lost count I can honestly say this has been THE WORST PLACE to live atnnI read a review on this place prior to moving here mentioning greedy owners but I disregarded it since I had no better option at the time for Miami but boy was it not only true but even worse that I could imaginennNot only was I accused of not paying rent here MONTHS LATER 100 sure female coowner was POCKETING THE MONEY but Ive unfortunately had to bear witness the male owner assaulting my own mother and another elderly tenant therennIm writing this review solely just to prevent another tragedy to befall on a future family cause I know the owners future isnt bright with their current method of management which will probably put them in jail once the police start knowing how to properly do their jobs more ... hide ...

I have lived here for over 6 years and it is not terrible but its not great There is one maintenance guy on site and everything you need need to be requested days ahead or it wont get done He do not speak english so if they miscommunicated your needs to him you will most likely not be able to change it Stove are always breaking and they dont give new ones so 2022-02-17T02:47:10Z
