Looking for an apartment for me and my son Im a single mother I work very hard and these apartments look nice but are very small for the price they are raising them to I dont understand why they are so expensive you literally cant live comfortably with these prices they have no outside balconies they are small Yes they are nice but for the price its not fair

I have lived at Grande Court for 7 years During that time we have gone through a few managers and a couple owners I will say that the current manager Al has improved greatly since taking on the job Yes there are issues with cockroaches not everyone keeps a clean home but all I have to do is request to have the exterminator come out and he does very prompt

I have lived at Grande Court for 7 years During that time we have gone through a few managers and a couple owners I will say that the current manager Al has improved greatly since taking on the job Yes there are issues with cockroaches not everyone keeps a clean home but all I have to do is request to have the exterminator come out and he does very promptly I did have an issue with my AC acting up but they put a new unit in which took care of the problem The apartments are spacious in my opinion Noise talking climbing the stairs can be heard from the breezeways but I just overlook it Management has had some trouble finding and keeping maintenance workers although that has never affected me getting anything repaired The grounds are maintained nicely some would complain about the noise from the lawn mowers and leaf blowers but I look at it likeat least someone else is out in that heat mowing and its not me Lol My only complaint would be that the pool is not kept clean and it is often locked when I try to go swim But all in all its a nice place to live I have good quiet neighbors I try to respect them and they do the same

My mother is a resident and has been for a few years The building she lives in hasnt had a working elevator in 3 weeks 3 weeks Most of the people in that building including my mother cant use the stairs What are they suppose to do if theres a fire or one needs to see a doctor needs medicine ect This is by far the cruelest thing you can do to elderly people t

First off I want to mention that I lived there for about 8 years They say that they replace your carpets for free after around 3 years but they never did We had the same nasty carpets for 8 years which by the way were used by other residents before us The roof leaked for a little while until he fixed it but they left the nasty yellow spots on our ceiling whe

First off I want to mention that I lived there for about 8 years They say that they replace your carpets for free after around 3 years but they never did We had the same nasty carpets for 8 years which by the way were used by other residents before us The roof leaked for a little while until he fixed it but they left the nasty yellow spots on our ceiling where water leaked Many things broke which we were forced to repair ourselves including resealing things like shower and sink Anytime we asked for things to be done the manager would tell us he would get to it and never actually get to it When our AC broke the manager told us he couldnt do anything and that we had to call someone else to fix it Our water heater was overused and leaking and stayed that way for a long time A couple that lived next to us said he just glued up theirs where it leaked When the manager retiredyeah retired The company never once came by to check on his horrible management skills If they did they didnt care a new guy came in replaced our water heater and then kicked us outbecause I got a dollar raise at work kept our deposit and made us pay for all the things that the old manager wouldnt fix claiming it was our fault for not reporting the managers negligence to the company and that the manager lost all documents stating that we ever had a deposit at all Everything we fixed ourselves he said was either done wrong or was not the correct replacement and would have to be redone by him We werent the only ones that had been deeply screwed over by new management Overall Im glad we got kicked out We found a much better place only 5 miles away After us they replaced the moldy carpets and lamenated floors repainted and remodeled so if it is better now I am willing to bet it wont last due to lack of care from the heads at the main company
