in the beginning living here I was really ready to leave because nothing was ever getting done you would tell them the problems you have in your apartment or we going to get to it we going to get to it never got to it by my second year being here we got a new management Miss Jones I explain to her the first year of everything that needed to be done in my apartment I know she has nothing to do with it but since you been here if you explain to her whats going on maintenance men that are great men will come in look at your problem excessive tell you what you need go back to Miss Jones and explain to her what you need and it is done and it is done to the point that they dont have to come back in your apartment and do the same thing again Miss Jones make sure she take care of her residence she cares about her residence concerns she is a very very conscious landlord when it comes to her resident she takes everybody seriously and make sure that they are comfortable when I was here the first year they said we had security never seen them now we have security and I do see these men walking around at night patrolling the area never seen it in the first year I was here so this new landlady that we have mrs Jones is a lady of her words when she say somethings going to be done it gets done and she has the best maintenance man The last ones that used to work here all they did was do a lot of walking and less work these maintenance man they are on the ball they come in they speak to you they very nice and pleasant men they do their job they show you when they finish what was needed to being done and it is done and you have no more problems in that area whenever you do have a problem and they come and fix it you dont have to worry about them coming back anymore and yes I do like living in Silver Terrace now it is a very good quiet community and she is making it even better for us because people who dont post to be here she make sure that they do not be on the grounds they are escourted off or ask to asked to leave more ... hide ...

Palm Grove having not called me back me and my children have been on the waiting list for nine years and the having all types of womens and mens in there and dont want to put great and awesome peoples in their apartments They just want to put them hoodrats and chickenhead in them apartments still helped the single mother that need it

They bought the rent lady over from silver terrace stay away she has a nasty attitude shes highminded arrogant and feel like shes better than the people who live on our side of town which makes no sense just find a job on the other side of town

This place is like a chihuahua They bark like they are the biggest dog on the block but you notice pretty quick that its all just a bark They describe everything in these apartments to be this posh utopia that people dream of living in its all just a cover for what they really are I encourage you to go see for yourself You can see by just roaming the exterior During a simple tour management showed how restrictive and unwilling they are to work with their tenants Literally out of 3035 apartments I visited the only ones that had a problem with everything I wont go into specifics but they were really assertive and they act like they are a place to die for when there are much more apartments out there for WAY less Glad I found one and glad I didnt end up a tenant here not like it was going to happen more ... hide ...
