Overall its a nice place to live but communication with the office is almost nonexistent There are days where you have to call many times to get through and there are days where not even 30 calls will get you through If were home and can go in person we do However if were at work we cant get through that day We had an on call maintenance tech refuse to come 2022-08-20T01:14:13Z
Overall its a nice place to live but communication with the office is almost nonexistent There are days where you have to call many times to get through and there are days where not even 30 calls will get you through If were home and can go in person we do However if were at work we cant get through that day We had an on call maintenance tech refuse to come out to fix our ac on a Sunday because he lives far and we were told if it got one degree hotter hed come out even though it had never gotten that hot before while they ac was turned on and supposed to be running The office was open so after going in person to escalate the situation we were able to get it resolved Monday evening we had the same issue with the same maintenance tech and had no one to escalate the situation to and the tech never showed I left a voicemail Monday evening to let them know what happened and to request to speak to the manager I called Tuesday morning several times and never got through I decided to send the manager and assistant manager an email to explain what happened and also that I needed to speak to them to better resolve issues like this if they were to come up again while the office was closed It has now been days and the office staff never acknowledged my voicemail and I never received a response to the email Location is ideal schools are great and the remodeled apartments look nice Resolving maintenance emergencies as the ac going out in the summer time is a nightmare I have young children at home who go into distress in the heat very easily and have a hard time sleeping when air is barely flowing in the apartment except for fans but that doesnt work great when its extremely hot in the apartment more ... hide ...
