I am a current resident of these apartments DO NOT rent from these people They constantly shut the water off to ALL apartments with barely any notice claiming emergency and they keep it off from the early hours of the morning until late hours of the night Office staff barely in office during their business hours especially when the time rent is due and they do NOT answer the phones AT ALL We are being billed for sewer however for some strange reason we have a lift station as if we are on septic Explain that They give less than 24 hrs notice if they have to do any preventative maintenance
