I love living here I have my cat which is blind and he loves it here I have a two bedroom apartment that is very spacious Only been a couple times that Ive had noise to deal with but when you live in a apartment complex thats to be expected I gave this a five star because I love everything about this place Kelly has been great I have no complaints whatsoever 2018-05-17T22:06:01Z
I love living here I have my cat which is blind and he loves it here I have a two bedroom apartment that is very spacious Only been a couple times that Ive had noise to deal with but when you live in a apartment complex thats to be expected I gave this a five star because I love everything about this place Kelly has been great I have no complaints whatsoever about her or any of the staff in the office The maintenance crew is great I have no complaints there either The apartments are nice sometimes we get some trash in the yard and so forth but thats the kids Its picked up right away everything is taken care of very well more ... hide ...

Lived here 9yrs Tenants are cyclicwell have a round of decent residents then we get the bottom of the trash pile too 40 HUD recipientslow income housing Disgusting laundry room manager couldnt care less when I reported being attacked by a neighbor Her answer was if she heard anything else from either of us wed BOTH be evicted She makes up her own rules Actually misappropriated funds from HUD by adding to the amt due for rent for HUD recipients Cant trust her Never swam in pool in 9yrs Not with a sign saying if youve had diarrhea do not get in pool Signs are things as a result of an incident FL law states one must drain the pool 100 Thats never happened Its probably fine but I do not trust getting into that water Empty ended promises made Gate to property has NEVER worked in the 9yrs Ive been here But weve been charged 75 for a new gate pass when they claim the gate will be working Also charges 75 if a bag of garbage is left outside dumpster But their trash pick up company has failed to empty dumpster causing us to decide on leaving trash in our apt or chance the 75 charge BTWwhere DOES that money go to Funny a Mngr that works in low income housing can afford to go on cruises all the time Hmmmm more ... hide ...
