Ive been at Providence at Palm Harbor almost 2 months now and everything is going very well The move from Washington DC down to Palm Harbor was not a pleasant experience but once I got here the Staff and People at Providence made me feel very much at home and at ease The Office and maintenance staff are very pleasant friendly and responsive Zach in the office has been very helpful and goes out his way to help and make sure residents are satisfied Cameron was quick to address the one maintenance request I have had so far when my bathroom drain was clogged and it is working very well now Everyone is so friendly folks always stop to say good morning and chat when Im out walking my dogs I think I will be very happy here

Family lives here and Jeff the manager does a great job of taking care of things They have maintenance men on staff 40 hours a week and they also do a great job Very clean facility My family member lived in a different building and it was poorly ran dirty and just not a good place People need to be appreciative of Goodwill allowing this property to be a HUD

I have lived in this wonderful community for 3 going on 4 years David has completely changed this community around for the better His professionalism and compassion towards the residents is the best I have seen by far The community and amenities are always upkept The maintenance staff are very prompt and thorough with their work which is normally not the case at most complexes The office staff are always welcoming and willing to lend a hand when ever its needed and their customer service is phenomenal The wildlife and beautiful scenery make it that much better This is the best community in Palm Harbor hands down I would recommend this community to anyone and everyone that is looking for a place to call HOME
