BEWARE FUTURE TENANTSnThis community handled my fianc and Is application with such carelessness and minimal effort An application for the two of us cost 300 dollars I can say we were just robbed of 300 dollars According to Esther our application first of all was not even sent to corporate Secondly we were denied over discrepancies about my fiancs employment After going over the discrepancies it came to our attention that this information that was considered false or inconsistent could have been clarified with a call to my fiancs HR Had they called my fianc and asked for clarification or called this job we wouldnt have had a reason to be denied Clearly if one thing seems off then they figure to deny on the spot rather than to actually do their job and actually research and get factual evidence about possible tenants Esther also made it a point to say we can reapply in 60 days For what To be robbed of 300 dollars again and to have given 600 dollars to a community that handles applications as if they are trash I can easily say this community clearly is looking to only collect application money and I will be looking further into reaching out to higher ups with rich properties to complain about the type of staff they have at Rich Properties I will also be complaining about the unprofessionalism that happened with another staff member as she referred to my fianc and Is offer letters as fraudulent If you would like to defame us over offer letters that you assume are fraudulent then you can expect to be hearing from our lawyersnnEDITEDnThe application was read thoroughly Its not about whether or not its nonrefundable Its about having an application done correctly Also the fact that you completely didnt comment on your employee being unprofessional goes to show how you run your community Let this be a review about the fact that you guys clearly cannot do your job correctly and it does constitute as robbing because we paid for an application to be done CORRECTLY which it was dealt carelessly and incorrectly You should be ashamed of yourselves Especially the lack of answering to emails as well
