I lived there upon me moving to Florida in 2009 management changed at least once every year Garbage compactor is always broken trash is constantly overflowing at the entrance After the hurricane my fiance moved in and management has changed twice since moving in The manager is a joke She lives on site has children who cause disturbances and calls the police to report tenants for even approaching her The water heater broke in the apartment since theyve never been replaced since the building was built in the 90s not even after being told after the hurricane they needed replacing we called the emergency hotline no answer Apartment completely flooded we purchased a shop vac to get the water up ourselves which went on until 3 am no word from management or maintenance until the next morning carpets soaked the water was so extensive it leaked outside the door and into the apartment next door No reimbursement no apology nothing She has tried multiple times to contact someone in corporate but that seems to be impossible I would never recommend moving there especially if you have children It was said that to prospective tenant we know that is not african american is that she does not want to have any more blacks move in and undoubtedly this is true due to majority of tenants are of hispanic origin With limited affordable housing in Bay County its a shame that discrimination will go unnoticed by their corporation Just sad more ... hide ...
