This is low income housing I must say when you drive through you would never know that it is The property manager does a great job at keeping good people in these apartments She maintains the complex very well I have been here almost two years and I feel very comfortable being able to recommend this place to anyone that is in need of low income housing that

This is low income housing I must say when you drive through you would never know that it is The property manager does a great job at keeping good people in these apartments She maintains the complex very well I have been here almost two years and I feel very comfortable being able to recommend this place to anyone that is in need of low income housing that wants a safe neighborhood for their kids I have children myself and they love it here There is a nice playground in the middle of the complex where they play daily with the other children Everyone is very respectful as well For what this place is and compared to many that I have seen before coming here I feel truly blessed that it exists

Drove through looking at the area for moving purposes was immediately turned away by the lack of parental guidance Children running around running in front of cars defacing buildings etc As I left three African American kids with no shoes on and a Spanish looking kid with glasses were throwing rocks at my car They continued to other passer byers on the mai

Drove through looking at the area for moving purposes was immediately turned away by the lack of parental guidance Children running around running in front of cars defacing buildings etc As I left three African American kids with no shoes on and a Spanish looking kid with glasses were throwing rocks at my car They continued to other passer byers on the main road Seems to be a place made for children to babysit themselves Id suggest management do something or make parents supervise It does not seem to be a safe area or well managed area

This place is a joke thus far and SOMEBODY is a liar My sister has been on a waiting list going on 3yes THREE YEARS about 9 months ago a lady called to tell my sister she was number 2 on the listlast week when my sister called after 9 months to see where she was on the list nowthe lady told her she was number 6 on the list Apparently several people make less

It has electricity during a hurricanennAs former Navy Housing this is on the Corry Station power grid and so didnt lose permanent power during Hurricane Sally That was extremely beneficialnnNot having in unit laundry is a bummer yes However that does lower the units overall electric billnnThese buildings were approximately built in the 1960s so expect that e
