Place is okay but management Ixchel is TERRIBLE When we moved out our apartment was professionally cleaned and everything was in good shape Before Ixchel even saw the apartment my wife and I were both told there was no way that we would get our deposit back and I dont understand how you can say that without seeing the apartmentnnWe were charged with over 800 2022-06-04T14:00:34Z

I wish I could give less than 1 star but unfortunately I have to give a star to reviewnWhere to even startnI moved into my unit in Oct 2018 I was informed the tile in the bathroom in the hall needed to be replaced and that they had someone lined up to do it two weeks after I moved in It is now 9 months later and the tile has not been replaced nor do they have any time frame when it may be donenThe AC unit keeps going out 3 weeks ago it would not shut off and it started shooting water out of the handler The maintenance did not want to come out and told me to put something under it to catch the water pouring out of it The next morning when the guy came to fix it he informed me the AC unit was wired wrong and could have shorted or caught fire had I not turned off the unitnA week later my vehicle was broken into and yesterday someone attempted to break into my unit This is a on going issue with the complex Someone had their car window shot out Multiple vehicles broken into units broken into and management does nothing to try and fix the problem They refuse to hire security or install camerasnWhen the person try to break into my unit they broke my door knob and the management refuses to fix this problemnThere is drug dealers all over the complex slinging dope on the play ground where they children play Homeless people live on the property in the corner under trees and the management refuses to do anything about them as well The units are flooded with roaches as well The pest control is a joke I think they are only feeding them at this pointnnOver all an awful place to live unless you like thugs and roachesnnPros My lease is ending soonnCons Park Springs Apartments more ... hide ...
