DO NOT APPLYnnIf you are seeking somewhere to live please do not try and put your application in here These people are the biggest crooks have the worst customer service if you can even get a hold of someone I called for weeks and weeks to try and even get leasing information I could never reach anyone and my phone calls were never returned I went in person and was told I needed to apply online and there was a 6 month waiting list I had to pay an application fee of 90 which I know is nonrefundable and a 500 holding fee just to be put on the waiting list and what was supposed to be applied to my total move in cost the very next day after I paid this fee I was called and they magically had an apartment available I was excited and started the final part of the application process which was a total nightmare During the process I asked to tour an apartment and was told that they had none available for me to see but I could have moved in a week prior Flash forward my application is declined I asked for my refund back and was told by the leasing office that the rental agency deals with that I called the rental agency and they were very confused why I was told that sent an email to them This was a Wednesday when apparently theyre always closed and I was called back immediately and told that I would not be getting my refund of 500 because of the reason for my application being denied She rudely said Its not my fault you cant read and I went off I have an email from the day I paid my 500 fee and it says if for any reason I was declined my holding fee and deposit would be refunded and sent in the mail in accordance with THE LAW I have a photo attached No other emails were ever sent I see that this has been a pattern with everyone who applies here They are preying on people who are desperate to find a home in the middle of a pandemic and are absolute criminals Just save yourself the trouble and do not apply here They have horrible customer service liarsand will take your fee just to decline your application and be told youre not getting YOUR money back

This place was horrible to live in The pool was always closed majority of the time The gates were never always closed for safety The office was only open twice a week and they locked you out You had to wait outside in a line to see someone They never answered their phone They staff was always rude and uncaring They looked at the residents like we were nothing The maintenance guys never fixed things properly They did things half way My AC wouldnt work like every 3 months They never fixed it They just put freeon The ac always leaked There was moldmildew in the walls carpet and base boards by the ac unit were always leaking water because it would freeze all by itself all the time They didnt care to put shutters up during a hurricane They did one time because a resident sent the manager an email threatening her with her attorney if they didnt put them up This place was cold and nonwelcoming to live in Living here made me depressed They took away so much like water was included in your rent car detail station free ac filters the closed the pool more than it was ever open

1st it is NO Longer called Tiffany Club New Name is The Reserve of Port St LucienI wish I could give a higher rating however over the past year the Management decided to have us pay for water usage which used to be included in the rent The problem with this is that there are NO individual water meters So how they bill us is they take the amount of occupied Apts by the overall bill from the City Why is this Crazy We are a 2 person Apt and we are FORCED to pay for 45 and 6 person Apt Water usage Junes water bill for us was 80 Update Julys Water Bill 87 Almost 90 for 2 people water usage come on now Update Sept Water bill now up to 95 I didnt even pay this when I owned my home NOT FAIR to all of us 12 person Apt renters I would give higher rating if they correct this stupid water bill system On a lighter note the Maintenance Dept is Awesome Our AC went out after office hours and within 20 minutes after I called he Kevin was here and fixed the problem That goes for any Maintenance calls they are on the ball
