I was apart of the first batch of move ins The units are great Office staff is helpful I didnt put 5 stars because there are homeless people that hang around the garbage Definitely not cool Also the gate is always open but sometimes when its raining the gates wont open so we cant leave Like I was stuck inside until a car came to enter

It was horrible we got accused for an eviction for no reason and got kicked out of the place after living their for 14 years People tend to be nosy and want to know about everyone business And when house is needing to get repainted or fixed it takes forever to do

This review is more about the workers who make this apartment what it is Francisco maintenance man and Marjorie property manager Ive been living at Lakewood for almost 9 years now Francisco has been here longer caring for the property Ive never put in a work order that has not been completed He cares for this complex as though it was his own Mind you some of the residents dont make his job easy If you are a person who takes care of your apartment unit this will be of importance to you if you choose to live here Marjorie is fairly new but man have she made some changes around here good changes She is a woman of her word She doesnt just listen to your concerns she takes action She makes this place safe fair clean and friendly Shes the 3rd property manager since Ive been here but has done more than any of them combined While I have some unfavorable opinions about the main corporate office Concord Cafe there is nothing I can say about the employees who work hard and diligently for this Lakewood Pointe property I minus one star because of Concord Cafe not for the apartment complex itself Thank you Francisco and Marjorie for all you do more ... hide ...
